Prophetess Bushiri share important values in Christian marriage at ‘women on fire’ conference

Prophetess Mary Bushiri, a wife to the Malawi’s South Africa – based prominent prophet Shepherd Bushiri who has since been branded “Major 1” championed a landmark conference which attracted over 100, 000 attendants on July 23 in South Africa’s capital, Pretoria which she discussed issues of love, marriage, faithfulness, raising children, the main values in achieving a united family.

The conference which was themed “Women On Fire” saw Prophetess Mery Bushiri,  sharing notes on important values in Christian marriages.

Pastor Carol Pretorius, wife of the Resident Pastor, Evangelist Fritz Pretorius, of the Enlightened Christian Gathering church in Pretoria took to the podium, invoking the congregants to provoke the Holy Spirit as she prepared them to receive the Prophetess.

Opening the conference , Mrs Bushiri who is also a vibrant entrepreneur started by navigating the conference through her marital history:

“It has been five years now since I got married to the man [Prophet Bushiri]  who has uplifted my spiritual life and happiness beyond my expectation. I can tell you that these five years constitute a sweet memorable period throughout my trail of life,” she said.

Dorned in a red and beige cloak and gold heels, the woman of God demonstrated that being a servant of God has nothing to do with 8 – inch high heels.

Moving from one isle to the next, Prophetess Bushiri directed the women to stay put as they shaffled to be close to her in a gesture that suggested command of adoration from the fellow women.

Speaking to ladies who were not yet married, Prophetess Bushiri shared about the significance and values of marriage.

She submitted that marriage, is a special union of souls that comforms to the will of God. She further expressed the significance of such union to reflect the will of God while guiding that when entering this union, the women must kneel before God for proper direction.

It is on record that Mrs Bushiri got married to the billionnaire prophet before his rise. According to our findings, she had to quit her job as a Financial Director of a global organization under Plan Malawi to submit to the evangelical service of her husband.

In the course of her teaching, she further shared that God-bestowed wisdom has been the golden secret behind her marriage’s success. She urged married women to treat their husbands like kings saying it is a shared wisdom that women should be submissive to their husbands.

“Husbands should be treated like kings. You don’t quarrel with the king. If in any doubt check your role as a woman from Ephesians 5:22-24. It written in there that as a wife, you should submit yourself to your own husband as you do to the Lord, for the husband is the head of the wife as Christ is the head of the church. As the church submits to Christ, so also wives should submit to their husbands in everything.

“You know what? – If you do not fight back and are quick to apologise, you get to wrap your man around your little finger and any pillow talk goes. You will hear him testifying that he has three jets, as if you are not the one who suggested it to him in the first place,”_ she jokingly remarked, leaving the women in stitches of laughter.

Testimonies streamed left, right and centre as she declared healing and hundreds came foward to testify of favours happening in and for their families from the trust of the Lord.

The no – man conference saw women taking turns in leading and revealing their testimonies declaring that they are fire-charged to advance the will of God.

Special guests at the conference included motivational speaker, Mrs Mkhize; dignatories from various embassies in South Africa and many other socially and spiritually powerful women including high profile political figures from across the world.
