Rainbow Paints to sponsor South Malawi netball league

Just after a month after the OG Issa group of companies announced that they will not bankroll the 2015 Southern Region Netball League, the Blantyre and District Netball Committee has clinched a new sponsorship deal, Nyasa Times understands.

Rainbow Paints has offered to sponsor the league from this season for a deal worth millions of Kwacha.

When contacted General secretary of Blantyre and District Netball Annie Hanjahanja said she could not pre-empt what they want to announce.

Rainbow Paints head of marketing Bruno Silas asked for more time to confirm of the development but confirmed to Nyasa Times that they indeed received a sponsorship proposal from the Committee and they were looking into it .
