Sangie launches Painless album in style

Lilongwe based stylish reggae dancehall artist Angel Mbekeani whose swhowbiz name is Sangie has finally launched her debut album called Painless in Lilongwe where she mesmerized fans with her well composed songs including Mayi wangwiro,I do it all for love and Utenge ndiwe.

If asked to define who Sangie is, one can easily say she is energetic, young talented lady, very attractive and an artist who has a future  in music ,indeed her talent is really extra-ordinary.

Backed by the Dynamics Band among other Songs, the 2015 urban Music party award winner also performed songs like Pepa which she collaborated with Lulu, Ndangozizidwa, busy and show me the light.

The launch which was held on Friday 30th June at Crossroads Hotel pooled a variety of patronage and defied the odds as the youth, Middle aged and the elderly formed part of the audience.

Before Sangie conquered the stage it was R&B Pioneer Lulu who opened the flow with his love songs which made the audience to sing along, he performed songs including abiti patuma, Nzalera, Mtima wakana, Ungondibwelezera, Wachenjera Darling among others.

Speaking during the launch Sangie thanked the multitude for gracing the occasion saying the patronage was beyond his expectations.

“I am so humbled and so honored that people came to support me and I am asking God to bless the abundantly”, She said

On the next move, Sangie revealed that she is now planning to re-launch the album in Mzuzu and Blantyre respectively.

Some of the patrons that Nyasa Times spoke to expressed their satisfaction saying the show was well organized and performances were massive.
