Sunbird Malawi in end of year customer appreciation drive

Malawi’s leading hospitality and tourism player Sunbird Hotels and Resorts has organised a special Bookers appreciation end of the year events which is aimed at interacting and celebrating with their Bookers for their unwavering loyal and continued working relationship.

Kanjadza: Token of appreciation in a special way

Speaking during the first appreciation cocktail event which was held on Thursday (December 12 2019) at Sunbird Mount Soche’s new International Conference Centre  in Blantyre, Group sales and marketing manager Temwa Kanjadza said as a group they always value the
existing  relationship which is there with their customers hence organising  the appreciation  cocktail events to extend a token of appreciation in a special way to them as they are the key stakeholders of their business.

She added that the appreciation events also seek to  give the Bookers opportunity to provide feedback in terms of service delivery and everything that is to do with their offers and hospitality.

“These interactions are very vital to us   because they  assist a lot in insuring that we continue to deliver an exceptional service and meet guest expectations through their essential feedback because they make the brand to continues repositioning and aligning with customers
needs in all our hotels and resorts,”  explained Kanjadza.

She further described 2019 as one of the best successful year in terms of bringing new developments and other on going projects which are expected to be completed next year.

“This year alone we have managed to unveil Sunbird Nkopola which is in international  standard, completion in constructing of magnificent and state of the art Soche International Conference Centre (SICC), additional of Sunbird Kara O’Mula in Mulanje and renovation of other facilities just to mention a few,” she said.

One of the Bookers Dalitso Chauwa who is the Secretary to the Group Chief Executive Procurement Officer at Press Corporation commended Sunbird for organising the event which she said it was a true reflection that the  group really value their customers all the time.

She therefore urged Malawians to keep on  supporting Sunbird as it is a local hotel which has improved facilities with good services.

Meanwhile, similar Bookers cocktail appreciation events are also expected to take  place at Sunbird Mzuzu and Sunbird Capital in Lilongwe respectively.
