A second half goal from  Lanken Mwale was enough for the lower Shire out-fit to collect their first maximum points  in the second round.

Chikwawa also inflicted the Kau Kau boys first defeat of the second round.

Tigers kicked off the game on a low note despite  hitting  the woodwork twice through Isaac Kaliati, and were probably guilty of being a bit casual in the first half.

As for Chikwawa , it’s a huge credit to Travor Kajawa, who secured his first victory as the coach.

John Banda for Chikwawa  was named Man of the Match.

Tigers were also kept on the tight rope in the second half when one of their defenders was shown marching orders after a tackle on a Chikwawa player.

Chikwawa also enjoyed massive support from Big Bullets and Mighty Wanderers ganyu fans.
