TNM and General Alliance Insurance Limited vow to block unvaccinated employees

Telekom Networks Malawi (TNM) and General Alliance Insurance Limited have urged their employees to get covid-19 vaccination or risk being blocked from reporting for duties.

In their leaked communiques, both companies have vowed to block unvaccinated employees from entering their offices.

While TNM has issued a 10-day ultimatum, General Alliance Insurance Limited has ordered its employees to submit their covid-19 test results by Monday next week.

To those who do not comply, General Alliance Insurance Limited said such employees will be marked absent.

“The development is to save their lives from the pandemic,” reads part of the communiques.

Early this month, the country’s electoral body, Malawi Electoral Commission (MEC), also issued the same communication to its employees.

However, the government said Covid-19 jab is not mandatory.

Stopping barking and just get the damn vaccine. How can people be so irreversibly dull around the need for vaccinations? You have no problem believing in stories about a 10 headed beast written thousands of years ago, but you just cant believe scientific facts? Useless People!

Hahahaha misinformation ija ndiye imeneyi.
If vaccinated and unvaccinated, both can catch the virus ,why should there be discrimination against those not vaccinated?
If a vaccinated person is protected from the illness, why should he fear to be amongst the unvaccinated??
Izizizi tsopano zikulowera koopsatu. But do you know that there are many many people out there that medically are not suppose to get the covid vaccine?

This is very bad, It seems the vaccine is now becoming mandatory. We have to be very careful and I believe this is connected to Satanism. May God help us from the deception of the whole thing. Employees should not be forced to take the jab or disclose the status.

Nchifukwa mukupangitsa anthu kuti aziti nza satanic zinthu izi. If vaccine protects you from serious sickness, then why should you get worried if someone is not not vaccinated? It’s their lives at risk. Fine, I understand you want to preserve your human resources from covid deaths because it’s expensive to hire new staff and train them to their level; but should that make this whole thing mandatory? Can we have abit of respect for human rights?

How can you save people’s lives when they don’t want????? What is in this that people need to push others. If unvaccinated person is among the vaccinated what danger is he or posing to those who have taken a jab. If the reason for taking a jab is to protect oneself, why is it that people are much concerned with those who don’t want.

Because a vaccine makes it safER but not 100% safe. So there is still a danger to be surrounded by ill people. And those without vaccine are more likely to be ill, posing unnecessary risk to others.
No vaccine works 100%, it’s always to be safer, not to be 100% safe. You still need to rely on others to be smart as well.
