TNM opens High-Tech centre, extends opening hours

Malawi’s leading mobile and internet service provider TNM  has opened a High-Technology outlet at Gateway Mall in Lilongwe and the expansion of its shop network from 16 to 24 nationwide in a bid to improve customer experience and access to its products and services.

The hi-tech shop offers an experiential platform to showcase latest mobile communications devices and services available through TNM, which is the carrier network for Smart Data and Internet in Malawi.

TNM Chief Commercial Officer Daniel Makata said the opening of the new shops aims to bring its services closer and create a conducive environment for TNM to interact with its customers.

“The new shops provide more space and therefore increase our customer-care touch points. We are always striving to improve the customer experience through provision of a customer-friendly and centric environment by bringing services closer to our valued customers,” said Makata.

Makata said the mobile pioneers has also extended its shop opening and closing hours to give more time for customers to transact.

“Initially TNM shops were opening at 7:30 am and closing at 5:00 pm but now they will be opening at 7:30 am and closing at 7:00 pm. We hope this will carter for the increase in demand of our services as we bring it closer to customers and serve them better”

These new shops among others offers the all Mpamba transactions, sim card replacements, airtime purchases, all post-paid services, general inquiries and other TNM related services.

The shops have been opened in Nchalo, Blantyre, Zomba, Lilongwe, Ntcheu, Kasungu,,Mangochi, Mzimba, Mzuzu and Karonga among others.
