TNM to splash K100m on Aug 26: Ufulu@50 Promotion

For the first time in the history of promotions in Malawi, over K100 million will be splashed during a single draw as the country’s premier mobile phone company, TNM conducts the final, draw of Ufulu@50 Promotion on August 26.

 Speaking during the 6th draw of the promotion, TNM Products Manager Kondwani Kaleya said Ufulu@50 Promotion has been phenomenal in that it has been the most high-prized promotion ever conducted in the country.

 “This is a groundbreaking promotion in that no company in the country has ever come up with a concept where people win projects for their communities. As a celebratory promotion Ufulu@50 was meant to benefit all Malawians and the promotion has lived to that billing. What we have experienced with Ufulu@50 promotion is truly a life changing experience,” said Kaleya.ufulu

During the 6 th draw Chikwawa based business woman Eunice Chilembwe emerged one of 50 weekly lucky winners of K50, 00 0 Mpamba value money.

Chilembwe said she was excited to have won the money saying the money will be used to boost her business.

“If what you are saying its true then I’m very excited to be one of lucky winners of this promotion” said Chilembwe when TNM reached her on her phone.

Ufulu@50 is a commemorative promotion launched with a view to celebrate Malawi’s 50th anniversary. The major highlight of the promotion is that winners in the grand draw will be asked to nominate a social project of their choice in which TNM will invest K2 million over the next 12 months.

 Apart from the K100 million meant for social projects across the country, one winner will walk away with K5 million as the grand prize.

 Ufulu@50’ has two categories of benefits to the customer, namely rewards of TNM data and cash prizes to be won during daily and weekly draws. To qualify for either of the categories of benefits, customers are required to recharge their TNM phones with airtime in the ranges K50 to K10,000.
