Wanderers trustees quashes supporters appeal to oust executive
Mighty Be Forward Wanderers Trustees Board has turned down supporters request to oust the club’s main executive committee.

This follows a meeting the board had with executive committee and main supporters committee members aiming at highlighting and finding the root cause of problems the club has been going through resulting into poor results.
Supporters have been accusing the executive of failing run the affairs of the club properly leading to the team’s poor perfomance hence the need to step down.
According to one of the trustees member Patrick Jumbe, during the meeting board members resolved that firing executive committee is not a solution to get good results and therefore presented suggestions and proposals to the current executive that according to the trustees, if implemented will help to bring sanity at the club and bring back its lost glory.
Jumbe said among other things, the executive committee has been advised to make sure that from now onwards, their first priority must be the welfare of players.
During the meeting, it was also revealed that players haven’t been performing to their best because some players receive special
treatment.
“We have given them proposals to have control measures to avoid problems in the future,” said Jumbe while calling for equal treatment to players.
A section of Wanderers supporters last week sealed their sponsors offices as one way forcing the executive to step down.
Players also have also been boycotting training demanding their
outstandind dues.
