Malawi’s Tay Grin to perform at BEFFTA Awards UK in London

Malawi’s hip-hop superstar Tay Grin is ready to rock BEFFTA UK 2014 in London with his electrifying performance.TAY-GRIN-LIVE-AT-BEFFTA-UK-20141

This will be the second time the Channel O award-wining rapper jets into the country this year after his major tour in August-September, where he performed at the Commonwealth Festival in Scotland, Manchester and Nottingham.

The 6th BEFFTA (Black Entertainment Film Fashion Television and Arts) awards is on 24th and 25th October at The Hippodrome. Stars from US, Africa, Canada, UK the Caribbean and the rest of Europe are expected to turn up in large number.

BEFFTA awards honours and celebrates talented personalities in entertainment, film, fashion, television and arts.

Tay Grin fondly known as the ‘Nyau King’ in his country is currently promoting his new single titled ‘The Beach’, song that talks about the beauty of Malawi and the Southern African country’s culture.

The track is from the star’s forthcoming untitled third album.
