  1. KUKONZERATU ISANAFIKE 2025.we know there will be cases of who is eligible to stand according to the law-‘scratch my back then i will scratch you’

  2. Congratulations to everyone who has been promoted and appointed to serve the much needed justice in our beloved country, Malawi.

It is gratifying to see our great men and women in the judiciary being recognised and promoted to higher and much deserving positions.

Malawi’s judiciary is currently a shining star, exemplary, and many countries around the world are undoubtedly admiring us.

It is my hope and prayer that the diligence, dedication, and professionalism that our judges has shown the whole world, be sustained by all the newly appointed officials.

I cannot be any happier for our warm heart of Africa.

  3. Its unfortunate the judiciary has traditionary used the first come first promotioned to supreme court. Am sorry to say some of those the judges appear dull and their judgements flawed and uninspiring.
Its time the judiciary start using merit when promoting judges like what they do when conferring lawyers Senior Counsel status. For instance it will not make sense to me if Potani is elevated to supreme court but Tembo is conferred SC.

  4. Apa ndiye azimai atichinya .Bravo izi ziri bwino.Congraturation all of you .Expedite the cashgate and nyekwegate cases chonde. The president has done his part and we expect you to excel in your duties.

  5. A potani receiving their payment after job well done deceiving Malawians on election case. The Brazil route plan of toppling an incumbent was executed perfectly, now everyone is rewarded on top of billions. And Malawians are still non the wiser

    1. By looking it to this angle where i am, promotion goes to those who are working hard, start working hard my friend, stop this nonsense of yours of feeling anger in times like this!

    2. What a surprise! Didn’t know Malawi still has such myopic and useless people!! You mean your dunderhead still could not detect the plunder and thievery APM and his gang of thieves were doing on us!! Ikanakhala mbeu, iweyo sukuyenela kusunga mbeu…………………………………………….!

  6. Opita ku retirement can go not forcing them into retirement. Hoping that the judicial service will prioritise the access to justice in the Northern Region Mzuzu must be the hub of chilungamo no backlog now. Salima should have a High Court to cater for the Lakeshore districts. The city of Lilongwe must not be overloaded Zomba has to continue serving people. Most of the Magistrate courts were constructed by asamunda too tiny to be comfortable when attending milandu.
Congratulations to all of you who have received the honour of your nation to guide us in the palaces of justice Malawi is a beacon you please continue holding the lamp up even when the gales around you are bent on extinguishing it. Osalema sungani ngodya ya chilungamo

  7. Atumbuka ndi achewa the whole court. Only in Malawi.nepotism will never end. Expect Yao’s or Lomwe’s to favour their people when they get power. It’s disgusting. Chakwera is full of appeasing people.

  9. Congratulations to you all and all the best. But also consider Viva Nyimba who has served so long And his judgements are never compromised, he looks at merits of the case is not afraid to judge against authorities when they are in the wrong. He has done it even in difficult times and been able to serve even after being given victimized by previous governments, that is the Viva I know who was my Neighbour along Marshall Road. God should intervene in his favour.
