ACB zeroes in on Lucius Banda over K30mil splash to constituents

Graft busting body, the Anti-Corruption Bureau is probing music icon, Lucius Banda on how he got K30 million which he splashed in his constituency.

Sources say ACB officials will call Banda to ACB offices in Lilongwe to explain the source of his money.

Banda recently gave out assorted items to his constituents in Balaka.

Just recently, the ACB questioned Local government minister Kondwani Nankhumwa after he gave out an ambulance, motor cycles and bicycles all worth K24 million.

Nankhumwa denied any wrong doing in the way he got the money to buy the items.

Lucius Banda is yet to comment on the matter.
