This is a very welcome development coming from Airtel. But I think such a huge amount should also have trickled down to the patrons in form of lower entry fees. This is a huge opportunity for ALL Malawians to take part in promoting our tourism. Often times local Malawians find it hard to patronize such events as the entry fees are too high. Imagine someone has already spent so much travelling from Lilongwe, Blantyre or Mzuzu and they are expected to pay high entry fees and they also have to pay extraordinary charges for accommodation, food and drinks!!!!
