Speaking during the first draw of Bullets Road to CAF promotion, TNM Marketing Manager Madalitso Jonazi said the company was overwhelmed with the response from supporters during the two weeks of the promotion.

“We launched  this promotion on February 5 in partnership with Big Bullets to assist the team to compete in CAF competition  and as the company  we are encouraged that people are participating in the promotion, ” Jonazi said.

Jonazi said for the past weeks people have sent 45611 SMSs generating a revenue of K2.280,550 million of which Bullets have raked in K1.8 million.

Jonazi urged Malawians to continue sending as many as SMSs in order for the team to complete all its assignments in the competition.

“It’s our sincere hope that customers and all Malawians of goodwill will send as many SMS as possible to assist with the Bullets’ cause. Now is the best time to show our support for the Bullets and their win away raises our hope that Big Bullets deserve our assistance,” said Jonazi.

Bullets Head of Marketing Dan Mbebuwa thanked TNM for always being with the team in terms sponsorship.

“We are happy that TNM continues to support us. This is a morale booster ahead of the game against Fomboni on Saturday,” Mbebuwa said.

Mbebewa appealed to Bullets supporters and other well wishers to support the team through the SMS campaign.

Apart from launching SMS campaign for Big Bullets TNM gave K15 million advance and two sets of uniforms to assist the team—which has no corporate sponsor—meet travel expenses during the group stages of the competition in Comoros which the team won against Fomboni FC

To support the country’s CAF flag carrier customers are requested to send their SMS ‘BB’ to the code 2015 and each SMS costs K50, of which K40 goes to the club at the same time they stand a  chance  of winning up to K2 million in cash prizes and airtime worth K100,000 during fortnight draws. One lucky customer will win K1 million during the grand draw.

The promotion, which was launched on February 5, will run up to April 4.

Pata Phiri, I think you are the one who is very stupid, Bullets supporters are just there to support their team some of the supporters may be they don’t have airtime but they may be willing to support, if you try to check back from supporter mapeto Bullets was also leading yet Nomads and bullets are the clowd pullers, let us learn to criticize positively and not negatively

Also the players must show up that they are being assisted. A win must be their target in each game.
