Bullets face Wanderers in Luso TV finals: Munthali’s goal knock out Bankers

Blantyre giants Big Bullets and Mighty Wanderers will meet  in the finals of the  tLuso TV Sports Bonanza to  be played at Civo Stadium  Sunday after  after the two teams beat Silver Strikers and Epac FC respectively.

Mighty Wanderers were the first team to reach finals when they beat Epac through penalties.

The Bullets secured their place in the finals when veteran striker Heston Munthali’s goal in the 42 minutes was enough to beat Silver Strikers.

Ealy in the game, the banker gave false hopes to their faithfuls  as they the affairs with players like Chawanangwa Kawonga, Dave Moya, Green Harawa and Rodrick Gonani playing on top of their performance sending the Bullets vocal fans into cocoon.

Bullets mentor Eddington Ng’onamo said the result was a sweet revenge.

“ It is a sweet revenge. They beat us in the TNM Super League and today has been a pay back time,” he said.

The winner of the tournament will go away with K1 million.
