Ex-Malawi defender Kafoteka turns into evangelism
Former Flames international defender Elvis Kafoteka has finally hanged his boots and announced he wants to serve God as an Evangelist for the rest of his life.

Kafoteka told Nyasa Times that he has desired to serve God since his playing days.
The player who is currently congregating with the Christ Fellowship Centre for All in Mzuzu said his life to turn to God has been assisted by Apostle Kayala.
He therefore advised fellow players and Malawians in general to dump their sins and turn to God.
“People should turn to Christ; it is high time we leave behind all bad things we have been doing and serve God,” said Kafoteka.
“There is no sin God cannot forgive” he added.
Kafoteka began his professional football career at Civo Service United and got signed in 2008.
He also played for Escom United, Hongkong Rangers in China and Rwanda’s APR F.C.
He finished his career at Moyale Barracks where he is reported to have turned down a job offer as a Malawi Defence Force soldier.
