When TNM asked customers to be its Valentines in February, over 43,000 people responded with love messages, and in return the integrated mobile network and ICT service provider is today giving out K1 million to a lucky customer to reward them for their loyalty.
Senior Manager (Public Relations) Akossa Mphepo said the Valentines promotion, which run for four weeks in February to commemorate the month of love, was well subscribed.
“We are pleased to have made 2017 Valentines month a special one for TNM subscribers.
“During our month-long promotion, our customers had the opportunity to share intimate moments virtually, and to rekindle their romance through our reliable network using the SMS platform,” she said.
Mphepo said apart from the grand prize of K1 million, TNM six customers received Xiaomi Smart Phones and airtime in weekly draws.
She said as a Malawian brand, TNM will continue to strive to remain relevant to its customers by responding to their needs as and when appropriate.
“We believe that this promotion has helped to make this year’s Valentine’s month truly special for our valued customers because once subscribed to the code 1717 they were able to receive romantic quotes, cute messages, romantic ideas, dating tips and flirting tips,” said Mphepo.
She disclosed that even though the promotion ended on 28th of February, the service is still available and as such, people can receive all of the above by SMSing Love to 1717
