Congratulateion Mr Kutengule. I know that you will ably handle this daunting task of PRO for Treasury. Nations, thank you for the great service you rendered Treasury as the mouth piece for the Ministry. I know that this move has been necessitated by your new role as Head of Unit at NAO which is an equally demanding position
