Silver Strikers to have a youthful squad- Coach Fazili
As preparations for the new TNM Super League season continue, Silver Strikers Football Club will have a change, with the team being transformed into a youthful squad full of fresh touch, according to Coach Lovemore Fazili.
In an exclusive interview with Nyasa Times, Fazili said following roping in of youthful players from Wizards FC (formally FISD Wizards FC) and promoting some crop from their reserve team, supporters for the Lilongwe based team should expect a new team in the forth coming season.
“Definitely yes it will be a team with new blood. Supporters should expect a good season since we have at least assembled a good recommendable team that will definitely going to deliver,” said Fazili.
He said the team’s main goal is to grab the TNM Super League and one or two domestic football cups.
So far, Fazili confirmed that players going out on loan are Dave Moya, Ndaona Daisi, Dailesi, Blessings Banda, Mabvuto Khozomba and Patrick Chirwa.
“The rest players are still with us unless we have other developments along the way,” he said.
He added, “we have brought in youthful players from Wizards FC such as Mark Fodya, Tusu Paipi, Brighton Munthali.”
Fazilui said four players from reserve side have been promoted and “ still accessing other players.”

Mr Fazili be honest you have also poached one of my players from Ehehleni Under 17 from Champhira in Mzimba south just soon after Jenda Road Block. Mind you we need something from this boy. Developing a player to that level is not a joke.
Do something please. We still have good players who can make it big. Come and see for yourself. But follow the right procedures for getting players. You are a big club you know the rules and try to respect them.

Beforward Mighty Wanderers, release the names of those players you would like to go on loan so that they catch-up with others in their new respective teams they are going. Don’t make delays as if you are going to keep the entire squad. Wake-up chonde.
