Airtel Malawi launches Distributor Engagement competition
Leading mobile telecommunications provider Airtel Malawi has launched the Distributor Engagement competition that will recognize top three performing distributors from the South and Central Regions and top two from the North.
“Three sets of targets will be aggregated into a final score to rank the distributors by region on a monthly basis to pick out the overall eight winners for th month who will be awarded a laptop and the seven runners up with a Top End Android Phone,” said the company’s Sales Director Elias Dziko.
On the quarterly basis, one overall winner will be identified based on the overall aggregate for the quarter and will be awarded a three day shopping trip to South Africa for two with $5 000 for shopping.
“That is not all, the highest scoring distributor at the end of the last quarter will be awarded a shopping trip to Dubai inclusive of tickets, accommodation and $10 000 for shopping.
“In this day and age, motivation directly yields outstanding success. Not only that, but motivation also builds self-confidence. We would therefore like to recognise a crucial role that distributors play in our day to day business,” said Dziko.
For distributors to qualify, they need to at least attain 90 percent of set targets.
During the launch, Time and Zanda Investments were awarded with HTC phones while Kefa and Flash Investments as top performers walk away with a laptop each.
