Carlsberg street bash in Mponela: Zambia’s Malonda ndi Kumbuyo hitmaker headlines

Local distributors for Carlsberg beer brands in Mponela in the central region have organised a street party which starts Friday and wraps up Sunday.

One of the main organisers of the event, Richmond Msowoya, whose marketing firm operates Mponela Carlsberg depot, said in an interview yesterday that all is set for the street party, dubbed Mponela Invasion Carlsberg Street Party.

Zambia’s Chimzy Kelly of the Malonda ndi Kumbuyo hit is expected to headline the party.

On local scene ,there will be  Lulu, Piksy, Sally Nyundo, Maskal, Janta Thomas Chibade, Katelele Ching’oma, Mwanache, Gibo Lantos and Mafo..

DJs on the desk will include; Pat, Brian, Mal-co, Casper, Tawa, and Logic.

Msowoya said other activities at the street party include dancing and singing competition, chess, draft, pool, brail and drinking competition, among others.
