Journalist Brian Ligomeka has confirmed his departure as Big Bullets FC treasurer.

Ligomeka said he has resigned in protest against main supporters committee’s recent call for the resignation of the entire executive board.

In a letter dated April 6 2015 addressed to the club’s acting chairperson [Sadik Malinga] and the entire executive board, Ligomeka states: “Following the call by the supporters committee that the members of the executive committee should resign—which in my view violated the club’s constitution—coupled with recent developments in Bullets FC,   I hereby tender in my resignation from all the positions.

“In case of any query on any transactions I handled in the club, I am available to offer explanations. From today onwards, I will be an ordinary supporter of the team.”

Victor Limbani has denied the allegation of going to Silver and instead Nakoma is about to take BB to court if FAM fails to settle the matters: in what manner I don’t know.

    BB, what a business model! you embark on a multimillion venture on nothing?! When BB were joining the CAF competition, they were already indebted, failing even to honour the players’ dues. This daring is senseless. Now we are saying supporters are going to run the show with negative 30 million kwacha!? Supporters, not those chamber smokers, should meet immediately and strategize on how to woo the Corporate world to pump money into the club for its survival, otherwise this team is finished.

  38. Too much savagery at the club being perpetuated by greedy and small brains of supporters with the blessing of some misguided trustees who thinkknows they are owners of the club. Am a life long big bullets supporter too but the current pathetic state of affairs will only take back the clua into decline. These small minds in fat bodies should know they do not own the club and they do not run the club. You too trustees, rise to the occassion and uphold the teams constitution if you are indeed trustees who understand your fiduciary duties as trustees and bring this mess to an end.
