“I promise to be true to you in good and bad times, in sickness and in health. I will love you and honour you all the days of my life…” said Mukhito in part of vows before relations, friends  and dignitaries in a wedding blessing at the church.

Mukhito and his wife committed each other in holy matrimony and being strong in the church.

“We need to believe in marriage institution and wedding in church is the first step in the right direction” said a smiling Mukhito after their wedding was blessed.

The reception was taking place at Bingu International Conference Center.

  1. I am no big fan of Mkhito, but I wish him well with his wife. His past should not be of interest to us. Malawians learn to stop poking your nose into private affairs of others. Have a go at Mkhito only on his job but let us respect his family life like you would like others to respect your family/private lives.

  2. Guys u r saying the lady is in 20s, that’s not true, she is 40 and the husband is 51 they have 3 kids together, they have been together for 10 years, they have just decided to bless their marriage. A malawi

  3. For sake of interest is this the first wife to Mr. mukhito. If not what happened? Am doubting if this is the first marriage to Mr. Mukhito looking at his age and the work he has done to this country. If all protocols have been followed rightly I say congratulations Mapwiya.
