Maranatha Academy bails out Form 4 repeaters

Maranatha Academy says it has devised an approach to help all Form Four students who intend to re-write their Malawi School certificate of Education (MSCE) national examinations in 2019  to the newly introduced syllabus.

The development follows the Ministry of Education Science and technology through the Malawi National Examination Board (Maneb) disclosed that the MSCE exams will now cover all topics and subtopics learned from forms one to four effective the year 2019.

Speaking to Maranatha Managing Director, Ernest Kaonga said the students will have a class of their own in which they will be endowed with lessons that will thoroughly prepare them to pass the national examinations with ease.

“We have organized special classes in which all new topics said to have been introduced in the new syllabus from junior to senior level will be encompassed and be taught granting the repeaters pleasant results should they sit for the exams,” said Kaonga.

Kaonga further stressed that the school will continue to ensuring quality education delivery services at and making sure that education delivery services at the institution are not compromised.

Maranatha Academy ranked as one of the best private institutions enrolls both boys and girls and has from the year 2017/2018 MSCE national exams produced remarkable results where 191 students have passed with up to 20 points with 8 points as the highest.
